The interview process was very smooth. The managers were very friendly and they were easy to talk too. They made the interview feel more as a 1 on 1 conversation rather than an interview which made it easier for me to answer the questions. They definitely made the interview process less nerve-wrecking.

I applied to Primark online, completed a virtual assessment and got a call to schedule a in person interview. Process was straight forward and there was clear communication. Interviewer was friendly and patient
Asked your availability and what shifts you’d like. Asked the average retail questions- why do you want to work here, examples of good customer service, difficult customer, a time you went above and beyond.
