One to one interview, not extensive but did feel more pressurised than other interviews I have had. I did feel that some of the questions were quite repetitive, where as others had no clear answer accept something that would be generalised and cliche.

Question 1
You are on the shop floor on a busy Saturday afternoon. Rank in order of importance when you should complete tasks and why.
It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions

-pretty easy and straightforward
-Had a phone interview before and then an in-person one, where you just have to be yourself.
-Just prepare basic HR type questions and you should be good
