Very bad experience overall. Not really organised you have to struggle by your self to schedule the interview , to find out the place....and finally was not able to do the interview because failure to present the original document eventhough I have presented the letter from the Home Office....et le pire no body told me ....was really upset
There is a standard checklist that they follow. You answer basic, straightforward questions you would expect and are scored as a result. It is very easy to prepare for. You are scored on a rating scale, I believe numerical!

Entretien
Very simple and straightforward questions. Nothing challenging. Took place in an empty office with no distractions. Questions mainly about my skills and why I was suitable for the role. Took around 30 mins to an hour.
It was a group interview initially then we were taken to have a one to one. After which we basically had a trial shift for a couple of hours. They spoke to us about working with the business and allowed us to ask questions
