However, on the day of the interview, it was abruptly cancelled, and I was informed that the position had been put on hold. After investing significant time and effort in the process, this outcome was both unexpected and frustrating. While the initial rounds were well-organized and professional, the cancellation of the final interview without any prior notice or follow-up left a negative impression. I hope PointClickCare considers improving its communication and candidate experience for future processes.
