PointClickCare is driven by a singular vision to advance healthcare technology and make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions. The company was founded in 2000 with the goal of addressing a real world problem – to solve the global challenges of senior health care.
Make an impact
Working at PointClickCare goes beyond the resume, because the work we perform makes a true difference in people’s lives. We build innovative healthcare technology for seniors and their caregivers that improve their quality of life and well-being on a daily basis. We believe work is so much more meaningful when you’re doing it with a higher purpose.
Leave a lasting impression on the world
The senior demographic is one of the fastest growing populations in the world. In North America, 10,000 people turn 65 every single day! As the world continues to age at a rapid pace, technology will take center stage to help solve the growing challenges healthcare faces. As the leading senior care cloud-based software provider, PointClickCare is in a unique position to help support the system by creating new and innovative solutions now and in the future.

Our culture has thrived on the philosophy that work shouldn’t (always) suck. That’s why having fun will always be a big part of who we are. We hire people who go hard and push themselves but make sure to have fun while doing it.
At PointClickCare, we believe that having the right culture in place is what attracts the right team, what keeps the right team, and what helps you build and achieve some amazing things together.
Work is a place where you spend a lot of time, so it's important to us that you enjoy yourself while you’re here. We've created an environment that uplifts you professionally, physically, and even spiritually! Here are a few things that make working at PointClickCare a hard experience to top:
At PointClickCare we are committed to ensuring that every co-op and intern is hired into a role where they’ll be able to learn new skills and put their education into action. Students provide us with feedback after each term, so we’re always striving to improve our Campus Programs.
We view new grad hiring as a critical piece to our workforce planning strategy. Students often return for multiple co-op placements, and we have converted many graduating students and former co-ops into full time employees. We also offer job shadowing opportunities to provide you with greater exposure beyond the job you’ve been hired for.
At PointClickCare, we’re known for our “work hard, play hard” culture, and this extends to co-ops and interns too! Whether it’s lunches, team building events, or ping pong tournaments, you’ll have an opportunity to network with your peers and build relationships outside of your program.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris +4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON).
I applied online and was contacted by email from HR to schedule a phone interview. The interview was informal and the recruiter provided an overview of the role and asked about my work experience and salary expectations. I was invited to an in-person interview then but received confirmation a few days later. The in-person interview was with the manager of the group. It lasted about an hour and was very informal. I felt she wanted to get to know me (personally and professionally) and explain the needs of the team. She mentioned the interview process is many rounds. HR followed up two weeks later and said they were still going through interviews. The next week I received a rejection email.
