At PointClickCare we are committed to ensuring that every co-op and intern is hired into a role where they’ll be able to learn new skills and put their education into action. Students provide us with feedback after each term, so we’re always striving to improve our Campus Programs.
We view new grad hiring as a critical piece to our workforce planning strategy. Students often return for multiple co-op placements, and we have converted many graduating students and former co-ops into full time employees. We also offer job shadowing opportunities to provide you with greater exposure beyond the job you’ve been hired for.

I applied online and was contacted by email from HR to schedule a phone interview. The interview was informal and the recruiter provided an overview of the role and asked about my work experience and salary expectations. I was invited to an in-person interview then but received confirmation a few days later. The in-person interview was with the manager of the group. It lasted about an hour and was very informal. I felt she wanted to get to know me (personally and professionally) and explain the needs of the team. She mentioned the interview process is many rounds. HR followed up two weeks later and said they were still going through interviews. The next week I received a rejection email.
