Applied online and arranged for the video interview, was asked questions about the previous experience, very straight forward, then didn't get any feedback even sending the email to follow up. Even if the candidate is not suitable for the post, the company can simply send a reject email, it only take 2 mins, doesn't that difficult.

The interviews themselves were great - had amazing convos with hiring managers and their colleagues. Smart, friendly, and answered questions thoughtfully. Working with the recruiter, however, was difficult. Follow ups and questions were ignored time and time again. Multiple times I assumed I was ghosted after no contact/response for weeks. When finally sent updates, it was never acknowledged that past correspondences went ignored. Scheduling interviews also took 1-2 weeks each time. I’ve interviewed at many companies and this is the only time I’ve experienced this with a recruiter. Frustrating to say the least.
We recognize that candidate communication is very important, and we are striving to do the best job possible. As you might imagine, we receive an extraordinarily high volume of applicants, and sometimes we fall short. We will use this feedback as a reminder to stay in contact! Thank you!
