Recruiter scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager invited me to the on-site interview but then never followed up. I could tell it was because I used the term "millennial" and it has a stigma--I used it purely as an age range but it was not taken as such. Unfortunately the tone of conversation completely changed after that.
