Process started with a very professional online interview with HR, followed by an in person interview with the Head of Marketing. Despite the 4hours high speed train distance, I have been interviewed with 30 minutes delay and the interview lasted not more than 20 minutes, with very high level questions (simply asking to describe my professional experience, nothing that was not already in my CV). It ended up with a very unpleasant and judgemental question from the MD, that left the room right after, to attend a not planned meeting. All in all very non professional recruiting process; even worst considering it was Senior position.
