Entretien
Pleasant experience which consisted of a telephone call, followed by three in person meetings. Met with various managers and then finally the Director of Operations. The people I spoke with were very friendly, made sure I was comfortable and didn't rush me.

Applied to 4 positions (permanent) directly on the website, the positions were publicly posted: all of them were pre-fixed for the people who worked in the same department + it was confirmed internally by hiring manager. This creates a confusion: why to post publicly the positions and do they select the best ?!

It was brief and concise. The interview went very well and it's more of the familiarization of the environment already. Since i was already an experienced supervisor from my previous job, it was just easy for me to answer all the questions being ask.
