Entretien
The interview was very laid back and simple. I was interviewed in the manager's office by the assistant manager, however the store manager was in the office doing other things and basically joined in the interview process. I applied online and heard back from PetSmart approximately 1 month later. I had minimal grooming skills when applying so I was told that I would need to start off as a bather, but would be sent to the next grooming academy. One week after the interview I was called in to do an offsite drug test and on-boarding. I was officially hired 3 or 4 days later and started work the same week.

Question 1
What are your favorite/least favorite dogs to groom.
Easy and straight to the point. They asked pretty basic questions. It was the assistant store manager and the pet stylist supervisor. They asked me what kind of dog I think I would be. Although I panicked and said a chihuahua, they enjoyed my answer.
Straightforward, was referred by current employee, asked technical questions about grooming. I did not do very well they did not extend offer. hopefully next time. kind interviewer was understanding, suggested I study grooming for next time.

Easy going felt like I knew them already had two interviews first was with the salon manager then the 2nd was with the store manager if you get a call back you come in to get paperwork to go do your ua then if you pass you go back to finish everything else
