Honestly. It was really no different than any other interview. They asked why I wanted to work there, how I feel about pets etc. they asked about my previous jobs and I was then asked to give specific examples of times when I had to handle a customer complaint or different times I had to be a leader.

Entretien
It was easy. They asked basic interview questions. Maintain good eye contact and posture and be honest. It's about how well you present yourself. It's a very customer service based business. Make sure you know what that means to you and to the company.
