I had a total of 2 interviews.
The first was very basic. They described the company, the position, and asked why I wanted to work for them and what position I was interested in, my availability, etc.
I then had an interview with the store lead who asked me more customer service questions like how would you handle this..? Describe a time when..? They discussed pay and reviewed my resume more in depth.
As they had another interview lined up that day, they informed me that I would hear back from them within 2 days. The second day I got the offer where they confirmed my pay and described the next process.
All in all, very thorough and great personalities I talked to!
