Went through an extensive (and rigorous) interview process with these guys. My understanding is that the pay for the job was fantastic (I didn't get the position). I met with quite a few people and spent several hours interviewing. Many of the questions were quite general. I came to the interview painfully overdressed (no one told me that jeans and t-shirts are the standard around there), and I was criticized for having a lack of experience in their industry (but then again, if you don't work for PetCo or a handful of other names in the business I don't know how one would have prior experience). Anyhow, the questions are behavioral and sent from HR. Frankly, their questions have little substance.

There will be few (if any) technical questions.
Three of the people in the interview asked me about my prioritization with work... i.e. "Name a time when numerous people/departments at your prior job needed something done at the same time? How did you handle that?" Giving an honest answer isn't difficult...giving the right answer though? Not quite so simple.

It started with a Video interview with 4 questions. Record yourself and answer questions given on the screen. You have two tried to do it. From the time they sent you an email invitation you only have two days to complete the video.

Entretien
One phone interview and then went through 3 more levels in person with various levels of management - a panel of the incumbent and the AGM, 1 on 1 with the GM, and 1 on 1 with the District Manager.
Questions will behavioral-based. They will mostly be stated in the form,"Tell me about a time when…" They are looking for you to explain the situation, action, and result. The questions are around the company success factor behaviors and they are trying to assess if you will be both a good cultural fit as well as a good fit for the particular role.
