The interview process was very good. I first spoke with the assistant manager and was asked questions about my current job and how well I work in a team environment. I was then scheduled for a second interview with the store manager and that one was fairly quick. The interview process overall was good.

Short and to the point in terms of how you handle situations and customers. Offer guidance in what they are looking for. Prior experience is not necessary but will always help.

It was a pretty retail interview experience. They talked about what working with pets and animals would be like and how to handle that, and also just things about retail in general.

Nice friendly 3 interviews asked normal questions chatted a bit just waiting on a call back. Friendly staff and communication is important to them which I am glad about.
Went in for my first interview with one person then second with another and waiting on my third.
