I applied on line and was contacted to interview. I arrived and was given a visitor badge. Shortly after a young man came out to conduct the interview. He took me on a tour of the facility and discussed each operation, scenarios such as safety, clean up, shift changes etc. It was very informative. He also discussed what they do for the community as well as for shelter animals and showed a board of pictures of employees volunteering. I thought it was awesome. We then went to an office where we talked a little more about my goals and ability to perform the job. I felt it was a great interview. Very profesional.

There were two separate interviews. They were very easy and short. You interviewed with a direct manager and then the store manager. Both interviews were easy and less than 20 minutes. Unless you completely blank and dont know what to say you are almost guaranteed this job.
