The manager that interviewed me was very unorganized. She couldn't find the paperwork with my info on it, so after a minute of looking for it she just grabbed a notepad. She never asked for my name, so she had no idea who I was or any record that I was even there. Barely lasted over 5 minutes, lots of random, repetitive questions.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.

very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
