The interview process was simple and painless, all questions asked were relevant to my positions in the care of the pets. Make sure to call after they call you, the final interview took a while to schedule because they do tend to get busy.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
