First gave my resume to a recruiter at a career fair at my University. Follow-up email roughly a 3 weeks later with video interview attached. The video interview was ~3 questions that you record yourself answering (if you did not like what you said, you could redo). Later, was emailed by a recruiter asking to set up a phone interview with a manager. Had the phone interview, and, after, the recruiter set up another phone interview with themselves, during which they discussed the details of the company. After, I went onsite and met with the manager, then members of the team, and then took a technical assessment. This assessment was like a test: manager gave stapled papers and left the room for an hour. Reviewed the test with the manager a little afterwards. Received an offer letter about three days later, and accepted it a week or so after that. The only part I found difficult was the technical assessment and the length of the process.
