      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pegasystems (Bengaluru) en juin 2016

      This review has to be written which is a perfect example of unethical behavior of Pegasystems. The process took 3+ months. Contacted by HR and had one round of Telephonic with Senior Development Manager followed by one F2F in their Bangalore office. Many days passed, no response, then comes the call from HR for another skype round with someone in US and I agreed which again followed by 3 4 more skype rounds. Everything WRT to interview was going Ok and I was clearing all of them. Panel varied from US management and Directors from Hyderabad offices as well. Later, when it was evident that I have been shortlisted for next process, gets a call from HR mentioning, come to our office again and meet our HR partner, because she wants to meet and discuss in person. I thought something related to compensation might be the agenda, but it was purely a normal discussion which I had been crowing about in last 2 3 rounds. She just boasted about the company and made me feel special that its a great company to work with. I was also keen to join PEGA because of the role and new technology I was about to learn. Later few days later, salary negotiation started and we agreed upon a figure. Please note for this also, had 3 4 discussions with HRs. we agreed that I will be resigning on this and that time frame and we both happily agreed and I was told I will get official offer letter by evening or tomorrow. I was SO SURE that it is my next company and will spend long time here and hence discussed this with my friends and family. 3 4 days passed, no response, I asked, HR said, management approval is taking time. again 2 days passed, same response. Later when I asked forcefully, they asked, IT director wants you to join Hyderabad Office. Really? There was no mention of Hyderabad all this time and infact it was discussed and mentioned many time that it is for Bangalore, infact HR showed me the floor where my team sits and you could have met them if early, on the day when I appeared before HR Partner discussion. Suddenly this change of mind which is completely unprofessional and unethical. Even though they did not send me official offer letter but only that was left, except which everything was done and agreed. Obvioulsy I have a family and settled I said no, which I believe they knew beforehand and never came back. Not sure what was reason, might be someone known to them joined or really they wanted me to join Hyderabad which never came to be as official request. But anyways, it was a total waste of time, money and effort and a 100% unprofessional and unethical behavior from PEGA bangalore, hyderabad and USA.
