- I was contacted immediately by a recruiter after applying. - Did a 15-20 minute phone interview and was asked to do a face-face interview with the Sales Manager the following week - After the face-face interview I was asked to do a 4-hour cold calling session the following week on a Friday (the goal is to set 3 appointments) - on Friday I set 3 appointments within an hour or two and was immediately asked by the sales manager to do a webcam interview with the VP of the company. Apparently that went O.K., so 45 minutes later I interviewed with the CEO. I pretty much spent a full work day cold-calling and interviewing. - The following Monday I received no response from the company. On Tuesday I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter and the sales manager thanking them for their time. Still no response. - Two week later I did the same thing, seeking a little more feedback. - One month passes and I finally get an automated rejection letter via email - The people I met throughout the process were very friendly, but I have a very sour taste in my mouth considering the time I spent and the leads I generated for the company only to be completely ignored for the following month.
