I applied for a Dallas based outside sales job through LinkedIn. The recruiter texted me and we setup a time to talk. She called me and we talked for about 20 seconds, I told her I was affected by a non-performance-related RIF at a startup in September....THEN, mid sentence, the call dropped (or as I found out later, probably hung up). I tried calling back 3 times in the next 30 minutes and texting....all calls went to straight to voicemail (blocked?). 1 hour later, after no success trying to talk to the recruiter, I received an automated email saying they moved forward with another candidate. Super unprofessional - I'll never consider working or interviewing there again.

Long process and have to set meetings in front of a manager on the phone. They have you come into the office and make cold calls without knowing the product at all.

Strung me along through the interview process only to say they were going with someone else after basically telling me I had the job. Then heard that they were starting the interview process with someone I knew indicating they were not going with someone else.
