J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Paycom (San Francisco, CA) en sept. 2015
Entretien
I spoke with a Paycom recruiter over the phone, and he asked me a series of general questions. I told him about my work experience and he acknowledged that it wasn't the typical path. He said I'm typically not the type that they would hire, but could still give it a try by applying online if I wanted.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your past work experience.
Did you have any work gaps after college?
Did you have a 3.0 gpa?
Quick, easy zoom call. Overall pleasant experience. Did not get an offer, but the recruiter was very kind and helpful. There are several interview stages; I did the first two.
They make you take a whole day off work to come in and make cold calls for them. These calls are unpaid labor. They attend the meetings you book and still won’t offer you the job.
