My recruiter was Samantha Ramirez. She initially reached out via phone call and email to schedule a phone interview. I responded to her email and had an interview with her the following week. She called exactly at our scheduled time and we spoke for about 30 minutes. She was very pleasant to speak with and provided a transparent overview of the position, salary, and the company. She asked a series of basic questions followed by situational questions about past work experiences. She also let me know what to expect as far as when I would hear back from her. She called me back two days later and invited me to do a final, in-person interview with 2 team leads during the following week. She also scheduled a call with me for that Friday in order to prep me for the interview. Something I really appreciated is that she offered me some constructive feedback based on our phone interview. I believe this feedback really helped me with the in-person interview and I really appreciate that. I attended the second interview the following week and it went really well. They scheduled it for an hour and I spoke with the team leads for about 50 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and welcoming. Samantha called a couple days later and offered me the position!

Entretien
Short interview, was very straightforward. Interviewer said they'd follow up within 2 business days, it took them 8. Discussed previous work in corporate offices, mentioned my education but didn't ask further. Good company, great products, wish I got the job.

Seamless process to say the least and surprisingly fast which speaks excellence. I'm excited to start my new position soon the best HR experience I've ever had. It's been stressful job hunting when a recruiter from out of state reached out on LinkedIn I was shocked and she too connected me to Paycom HR fast and prepared me well. Shout out to Samantha R she was fantastic to work with as well. I'm a career changer she put me at ease with my skillset nevertheless makes me a great and I date though I've never been in the tech space beyond proving assistance intgecustomer service space with navigation of website and processing payments for services.

Typical questions come ready to sell you self and capabilitiestge managers were easy to relate to also they clearly stated expectations along with what to expect in the role which I appreciated the last job I had did not and I felt deceived and blindsided
