Entretien
The entire process was a two step interview process. First step over the phone with basic and informational questions, and second step was in-person with STAR related questions. Then the recruiter would get back to you with the same week on your final results.

Short interview, was very straightforward. Interviewer said they'd follow up within 2 business days, it took them 8. Discussed previous work in corporate offices, mentioned my education but didn't ask further. Good company, great products, wish I got the job.

Brief and easy, interview was an hour and the setup was great. They asked me questions and I asked them questions and they responded with great feedback. 10/10 interview and got back to me quickly

Seamless process to say the least and surprisingly fast which speaks excellence. I'm excited to start my new position soon the best HR experience I've ever had. It's been stressful job hunting when a recruiter from out of state reached out on LinkedIn I was shocked and she too connected me to Paycom HR fast and prepared me well. Shout out to Samantha R she was fantastic to work with as well. I'm a career changer she put me at ease with my skillset nevertheless makes me a great and I date though I've never been in the tech space beyond proving assistance intgecustomer service space with navigation of website and processing payments for services.

Typical questions come ready to sell you self and capabilitiestge managers were easy to relate to also they clearly stated expectations along with what to expect in the role which I appreciated the last job I had did not and I felt deceived and blindsided
