J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Paycom (Saint Louis, MO) en juill. 2013
Entretien
The interview process was certainly intense. You are going up against a lot of qualified individuals so I knew I had to stand out. I got moved through the process pretty quickly. My favorite part was being able to meet the team. The positive energy and knowledge was unlike anything I had ever seen.
Questions d'entretien [1]

Q1: What makes you remarkable?
Q2: Why do you want to work at Paycom?
Q3: What was the last book you read?
Q4: What makes you better than anyone else?
Q5: When was the last time you failed? Describe the experience and how you delt with it.
Quick, easy zoom call. Overall pleasant experience. Did not get an offer, but the recruiter was very kind and helpful. There are several interview stages; I did the first two.
They make you take a whole day off work to come in and make cold calls for them. These calls are unpaid labor. They attend the meetings you book and still won’t offer you the job.
