The interview process was the equivalent of free labor. I had to come in for four hours and book atleast 3 meetings for them. When I called the list they provided me the people would constantly say "I don't know how many times I have to tell them to take me off the list".
I didn't get the job because I only booked one meeting.
Absurd approach to essentially get free pipeline by them.
In our interview process, we aim to discover a candidate’s skills and experience. Very straightforward. They did a phonescreen call. And asked basic questions and then set you up with another interviewer. The questions were not that hard. They were very in line with the job description

Recruiter reached out, we had phone screen, sheasked me to fill out a resume quickly so she can set up a meeting with the sales manager for an interview. then never heard from her or anyone else again

Multiple steps, very repetitive in nature, and requires you to come in and showcase you ability to call a list. You must be fully suited up, and if you’re going through the process while also working a job, expect for them to require you to interview multiple times in one week
