Two interview process. 1st with recruiter, 2nd with Supervisor and Manager for that job. 1st interview with recruiter went very well, this is a screening interview so that person is making sure your experience is going to work for the position, and that you know what it is you are applying for. 2nd interview- the supervisor was friendly, the manager looked like she had eaten something sour, and this was a Zoom interview so let’s make it really akward…instead of them both being on the screen, they are taking turns and for an interview process, it doesn’t feel like a conversation… it’s very off-putting. Also, you can tell they are having a private chat while you are talking and answering questions. Plus, the questions they ask are… basically the same questions every other employer will ask, they phrase them in such a way though that the delivery is awkward, and answering can be difficult. You will get a much more clear and concise answer.

The interview process was easy and everyone I met seemed nice. The role seemed quite stressful and the pay did not match the workload, level of complexity, or stress level.
