A recruiter, Chase, reached out to me on LinkedIn. After that I did a phone interview with him, and then a zoom interview with the TSR manager of the location I applied to, as well as a final interview with the regional manager. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They assisted with all of my questions through the process and gave me a good picture of the company and job responsibilities. Chase was helpful and very responsive through the process. Once the three interviews were complete, they gave me the verbal offer and an opportunity for me to interview current TSR’s and get to know them before I accepted the offer.

End to end process was: Phone Screen with HR Zoom with HR Manager Interview Regional Manager Interview The entire process took around 2 weeks. Phone Screen was fairly basic, the second interview was more prep for the Manager and Regional Manager Interviews.
