Entretien
Phone interview with recruiter, and then zoom with the direct supervisor, and then another zoom with the director. Everyone was very nice and excited about their job and the company. Had great feedback with each interview until the director. I could tell in the first 20 seconds that I was not going to get the position based on her demeanor. She wasn't rude, but I did get the impression that my interview was an inconvenience for her.

Recruiters help you out alot through out the hiring process. There is about 3-4 steps. Everyone was very pleasant to speak to, seems like they are very organized. Quick to get back to you, and let you know where you stand.

The hiring process at Paycom was really impressive to me, mostly because of the recruiting staff, especially Emily Watts. She has been such a great help with everything and anything that I asked her about. Ms. Watts is one of the best recruiters I have spoken to because she truly cares about each individual she reaches out to.

Entretien
Went on first interview over zoom. Was told I had revived a 2nd interview and had it scheduled and then was cancelled on. Never heard back after reaching out multiple times
