I was very excited wen first contacted by paycom. Manager contacted me through linked, first phone screen with the recruiter pretty standard. Second, meet with the manager, which went really well. Third, you have a Skype with the VP regional manager that went extremely well also! The fourth step was to go in and cold call set three appointments, typically all candidates had 3 hours to complete this. I got on the pones 45 minutes late, due to the presentation before me etc. After that I start dialing my phone wasn’t working. So they told me to use my cellphone, which I though was very unprofessional since you, So that was definitely a red flag! However, I did not really care cause I was so eager to get the job so dialing through my cell phone I still set 4 appointments. I didn’t receive the offer. But I am pretty sure they just have reps come in and set appointments for them for free, considering several others said that about the company on glass door. kinda shady.

Long process and have to set meetings in front of a manager on the phone. They have you come into the office and make cold calls without knowing the product at all.

Strung me along through the interview process only to say they were going with someone else after basically telling me I had the job. Then heard that they were starting the interview process with someone I knew indicating they were not going with someone else.
