The process began with a recruiter phone screening and then moved quickly through 3 rounds of management interviews. The recruiter was extremely helpful in preparing you for the interviews and walking you through the process! The interviewers will be your management team, so it’s a nice opportunity to meet the people who run your department. The interviews were challenging, but in a positive way.
