It was good, there was like 5 steps that I had to approve and there is like a grupal final interview that they make some challenges. The other ones were easy just to answer some questions

I applied for this unique program that is targeting employees that are just starting their career. First I got a call from the HR to check my background and after that I made it to the assessment day.During the assessment day you meet other candidates and the managers at oracle. They were all amazing and professional and want to make sure you are relaxed and enjoying your time. We did a group exercise and then individual interviews. Everything was great except the grading system that is ruining this program since they are very systematic in their approach especially in sales roles. You should be robotic in your approach to gather points as much as you can. Candidates are being assessed by different managers which could lead to weird results since some managers are a bit harsher or organized in their questions than others while they are evaluating you. After that they compare the scores and chose the higher scores which ended in accepting technical people in sales roles due to their systematic approach instead of personality and talent. I was personally rejected because of my background which I already shared in the previous phase and wasted 4 hours of my time. An overall view is that the managers are great but scoring system ruined the program goal and there was some of randomness in selecting the people for the assessment. A lot of talented sales people were rejected and other talented technical people made it in the assessment.
