I was refer by my ex employer, and I need to go throught a phone interview first , it was mostly about the background and the detail of my CV
Secondly I need to have a 1 to 1 interview with the HR it was mostly about the career aspriation .
Last ly interview with the team manger, is about behavior interview

Entretien
It all start with a good meeting with HR to check if there is a match with company, candidate, role. Afterwards, many time has been spend to have meetings with your hiring manager. Apart from that meeting with VP and I asked to meet the Architect as we work on a daily base together.

Contacted by recruiter. Submitted CV and first screen. Prepared for interview and started with HR. Then with hiring manager and interview team and peers. Discussed product and competition and fit for the role.

It was a basic interview process meeting with various managers and team members. Was asked basic interview questions regarding motivation skill set experience and tell me about a time etc
