Three rounds with 1st round of technical questions and conducted in three days, the questions were based on scenarios and real-time experience. Very specific to the job role and specifications set by the interviewer. I had a great experience engaging with the interviewer and providing excellent feedback.

The process takes a lot of time though.
It can take weeks to get the offer and the background check is really serious.

1st Round – Talent Advisor
Introductory conversation. No technical questions, more like a friendly chat than a formal interview.
2nd Round – Manager Screen
This was a semi-technical session with the team manager. They asked me to describe what technologies I use, what I’ve done in previous roles and how would I respond to certain challenges

Great interview composing of the job roles that I applied into. Consists of 3 interviews as far as I remember and all of it went great as the leads are accommodating and insightful.
