Two interviews, one over the telephone, one via computer with 3 persons. The description of the job and the responsibilities were not clearly discussed. The discussion did not go smoothly as they had knowledge mostly on Oracle databases related subjects.

Recruiter reached out on linked in. Initiated the loop . Scheduled a hiring manager round followed by technical panel consisting of 3 senior exadata support engineers. It was a fairly tough interview. You are expected to have a very deep understanding of Oracle processes and be able to articulate the various nuances involved .
