The process was too long and consisted of a 5-hour Zoom meeting, that navigated around the same questions. It was structured like this because there were 5 different interviewers, one interviewer per hour of meeting, instead of one interview with all stakeholders.

There were only a few questions that were challenging ie when asked to describe certain terms but as a fresher it was not too difficult. It was, of course, technical but your English is also tested.
Interview was good. There are many questions asked. questions about technical writing, oxygen, DITA. documentation process. First level of interview is a technical round. There is a two group panel. and after that written test.

Very positive. The interviewers were very friendly and answered questions in a thoughtful manner. If they felt my answers weren't what they were looking for, they rephrased to help me understand what they were looking for.
