Fairly straight forward. 6 interviews, 1 hour each over 2 days. 5 people from my organization + 1 'neutral' person. No particularly hard questions. I heard from the hiring manager almost immediately after my last interview that they planned to make an offer.

It was first a phone screeing with an hr representative. Which was then followed by an inverview with the hiring VP, which was then followed by a set of 1:1 interviews with various team members that would be peers and of folks this role would work with
