I applied for the position, participated in a phone interview, and was hired months later. It is very important to have a college degree to work for Oracle. You also must be patient because sometimes the hiring process is slow.

Be prepared to describe how you interacted with any of their products before, especially for the work area you are applying in.
Three rounds were there. one with two principal tech writers, one with a hiring manager, and one with a senior director. The process took one and a half months and received the offer at the end.
The interview process started with technical round and then followed by a written test. Later after clearing the technical round and taking the written test, there was an interview with a senior manager.

Easy process if you know the SDLC as a writer. You'll make it if you have been working with user manual, APIS, or any one of them. Interview was easy and they panel made me comfortable.
