HR schedule the interview. HR wait to hear if team manager wants to interview. It took one month, then I sent email to ask for progress. Got interview scheduled with team manager face-to-face. The result was given after one month.

What are your strengths? What are your achievements?
It was a very simple and straight forward process from what I remember. It was only one interviewer I believe, and they were kind and open to people who had very little experience.

You will probably have 2-3 rounds interviews. 30 minute interview with the recruiter or hiring manager. This is a very basic sales interview. You’ll be asked about your background and how it relates to BDC.
