The group I interviewed with was very friendly and made it easy to feel comfortable with. The interviews were more of a chance for both parties to get to know each other a bit, rather than a drilling of questions about my resume. There was a phone interview with the director, a panel interview with the team, a 1:1 interview with a more senior level group member and then lastly a 1:1 interview with the director.

I had 30 minute screening interview, which I was told would be followed by 5 other interviews with different team members, all about one hour long. I did not make receive a job offer.
