Multiple interviews. Some technical and some related to language and soft skills. Negotiations regarding the base salary and also the approval process and the background checking. Overall it was a pleasant experience but the hiring process was quite long and I had to wait for all the approvals, due to the fact that i was hired on a new project.

Highly based on education and experience, less about the skills themselves. I felt that if I had my same skillset but did not have my technical degree, they would have not interviewed me.
