Very easy process. All over phone/Skype. Simple questions to understand your motivation to work in sales, work ethic, ability to communicate, and ability to work in a team environment. Any type of basic interview skills should be able to get you through the interview process.

Entretien
First I was contacted by a recruiter - basic 20 min conversation on my experience & skill set.
The recruiter then passed me along to the "next phase" which was an in person interview.
The in person interview consists of multiple interviews with the different Regional Managers (4). Each interview (held in the manager's office) was about 1 hour long where they have a packet of questions they can pick from. Most of the questions were similar & not extremely difficult. They are looking to learn about you, your previous experience, and where you can fit in within the organization.
At the conclusion of the interview sessions the managers then come together and discuss / rank the candidates.
After a week I received a phone call that I was selected for the position and I would receive my offer letter shortly.
From the initial recruiter conversation to the signed offer letter was a little over 3 weeks.

Three interviews. Very extensive background check. Please know your info on Oracle as the interviewers are all very interested to know what your knowledge is. It is very important to mention that you know they are pivoting towards the cloud.
