There were a lot of questions and they were behavioral based (STAR). First interview was with the director (45min) and then the final round interview was a meeting with the store manager (15min). Although I didn't get the position, the director personally called me with the decision which I appreciated. I was offered the possibilty for an operational management position and declined.

Thorough and detailed interview. Interviewer was able to answer my questions about the position and give additional information I would not have thought to ask about but was essential in my decision to accept the position.
