They were typical for Canadian full-time jobs. Nothing overly excessive.
I only ever used the vision benefits, and I thought they were pretty good compared to other places that I worked at. The vision benefits were 200 dollars per year and 80 dollars off for the eye examination

Had health and dental benefits, which is quite good since I worked in the restaurant. Never had any problems claiming benefits and vacation and sick days seemed fair.
Not sure about the locations in the US but in Canada they offer generous benefits for all full-time (28 hours/week minimum) including dental, prescription, and physical therapy with exceptions. Limits increase as you become more tenured.
