A recruiter reaches out first and you have a phone call with them. They ask many behavioral based questions and why you would be good fit at Nordstrom based on past experience. The recruiter was so nice, and after she offered me the job I was in touch with my department manager about scheduling my first day and training.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
