The phone interview was around 15mins.

Applied online, had a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes-maybe. Now going in February for in an person interview. Phone interview asked me: why I wanted to work for Nordstrom, my leadership experience, how I felt about working on commission, how I felt about being compared to others.
