Entretien
I applied online, filled out basic application questions, took small personality test, uploaded résumé. The next day I received an email thanking me for applying and letting me know they thought I have the qualifications they were looking for and to click the link in the email to schedule a time to have a phone interview. I clicked the link, but since it was Friday after 5pm, I wasn't able to assign a time until HR returned monday to the office and posted when they were available. That was frustrating but finally the time appeared and I was able to book it for them to call me. On the day of my interview, they called on the dot and rained very friendly yet pretty professional. It seemed like the person screening me was just going through a checklist to see if I qualified. After answering basic getting to know you questions, I was invited to the store for an in person interview. Will update this with results!

Pretty straight forward questions about me and my history with sales and customer service.

Interview with department manager, second interview with brand manager. May have to do artistry interview. She has your number in case she wants you guys in touch and we will be in contact to get the information on this as soon we get the results of our interview with her on the job interview with
I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
3 stage interview. 1 with department manager, 2 with brand manager, 3 artistry interview. The company has been in business since I started working for it in January in New Hampshire in June
