J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nordstrom (Phoenix, AZ) en sept. 2008
Entretien
I was contacted by HR for a phone interview. They asked why I wanted to work at Nordstrom and what I could bring to the position. They also asked about previous sales and customer service experience. Then they scheduled a 1 on 1 meeting with the HR Director at the store I aplied to. It was pretty standard, she aksed a lot of questions about what I though good customer service was and what I would do to generate sales and meet goals. Lastly, I had an interview with the department manager of the area I applied to be in. She described the department and had me sell different items to her. Overall everyone was friendly and they seem to enjoy their work. It was an easy process.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
