First you will get a phone call you screen you over the phone. This is just to make sure you can put two sentences together and clear up anything on the application. You will then be invited in for a one on one interview. All the questions are the same for each applicant. The questions are not hard they will help the manager get an idea of how you will react to different scenarios. You will prob be taken on a tour of the store and the dept you are applying for. You will be told about compensation, benefits, dress code ect.
You will prob not be offered a job on the spot.. But I have seen it happen before. You may also be interviewed by another dept manager if they have a hiring need too. You may be a better fit for a dept you did not apply for.
