I was contacted a few weeks after having applied online. The first interview was a standard phone interview. Afterwards I was immediately asked to meet the department manager for an in person interview. There was a second interview with the store manager. Both interviews were pretty standard in terms of questions asked, and both managers were highly professional and polite. The whole process was very quick once I got to the phone interview, it took about a week.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.

Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
